Waiver of Subrogation
We offer a Waiver of subrogation, which is a special type of endorsement that prohibits the insurer from attempting to seek restitution from a third party, that causes any kind of loss to the insured. This type of arrangement is allowable under certain circumstances where the insured could be held liable for a claim that is paid.
Stop Gap Employers Liability Endorsement
This coverage that we offer is designed to provide employers liability coverage for work-related injuries arising out of incidental operations or exposures in monopolistic fund states (fund workers compensation policies do not provide employers liability coverage). If the employer has operations in nonmonopolistic states, the endorsement is attached to the workers compensation policy providing coverage in those states. For employers operating exclusively in a monopolistic fund state, the endorsement is attached to the employer's general liability policy.
Per Project Aggregate ($5M cap)
Our Commercial General Liability insurance polices all have a limit of liability, which is the most, the policy will pay on behalf of its insured. A per project aggregate limit extends the limit to apply separately to each insured construction project. We offer a 5 Million cap on this coverage.
30 Day NOC (Specific Basis)
We offer a 30-day notice of cancellation.
Primary / Noncontributory
When more than one liability insurance policy may respond to a claim on behalf of the insured, the policies will define the order in which each needs to pay claims and defense costs. An insurance policy that states it is both primary and non-contributory is obligated to respond first in the event of a claim. When seeking insurance coverage from another party's insurance policy as an indemnitee in a hold-harmless agreement, it has been common to require the other insurance be both primary and non-contributory.
Waiver of Subrogation
We offer coverage for the amount the insured is legally obligated to pay as a result of making errors in the administration of any employee benefit program. Coverage applies after $1,000 deductible. The coverage is written on an Occurrence Basis.
